Peter Davenport
Peter Davenport Group Managing Director

Peter formed Motiva Vehicle Contracts in 2001 and became Group Managing Director in 2006 having led a management buyout of the group's parent company, MKC (Holdings).

He has a wealth of experience in the Motor industry having held sales and marketing roles at other FN Top 50 Companies. All of which he has put into practice whilst building up Motiva Group to be what it is today.

Peter was a finalist in the 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

Claire Salmon
Claire Salmon Business Support Manager

Claire joined Motiva in 2001 when the vehicle contracts arm was established. She moved along with Pete Davenport, Jeff Ball and Richard Dawson from Arval to the fledgling Motiva.

Initially she performed a variety of admin roles which grew into an accounts role which she performed until 2012. She now works alongside the directors in a support role to make sure that all communications and activities run smoothly.

Claire has completed her 3 year AAT accountancy Course at Newcastle College.

Lucy Beswick
Lucy Beswick Accounts Assistant

Lucy initially started as a Receptionist in 2004 but through her excellent customer service skills and the company's growth she progressed to a Client Support role. Lucy was apart of the Client Support team for nearly 7 years before she decided she wanted to change her path towards an accounting role. Lucy is currently taking her AAT course in accounting at Newcastle College.

Neil Salmon
Neil Salmon Group Logistics Manager

Neil is responsible for all end of contract collections across the entire Motiva Group. He joined M-Way back in the mid-nineties as a valeter having previously done the same job at Drayton Mercedes.

He then moved on to deliveries and end of contract collections. Initially he was responsible for the contract hire fleet but in 2011 he became the Group Logistics Manager, making him responsible for all of the Motiva Group fleet and coordinating the drivers.

Warren Shropshire
Warren Shropshire Remarketing

Warren is responsible for the remarketing of Used Vehicles through Motiva Direct at the end of contract. He carefully selects the best vehicles for sale from our fleet.

He first started in the Motor trade 1985 and has been ever since. 8 Years Sales Manager Autopoint in Cobridge and 15 years General Manager Cumbo Jeep in Burslem.

Warren loves live music, playing guitar, Photography and DIY.

Carl joined in 2007 as one of Driver and Valeters team. Outside of work he is a keen artist and singer.
